Julie Carrasco joined the Rainforest Trust team as Accounting Manager in May 2026. She brings over a decade of progressive accounting experience across the environmental conservation, social development, healthcare, and arts sectors.

Julie is earning an MBA and MSA from UMass Lowell and holds a BFA from California College of the Arts. When not online, she can be found doing all things creative, including making glass sculptures, beading jewelry, and crocheting. She also enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest outdoors, as she resides in the greater Seattle area with her biologist partner.
