Jeff Zack has more than 30 years of experience in business, financial, and crisis communications across insurance, banking, and professional services. During his career in New York, he led Global Media Relations and Financial Communications for a decade at Chubb, a world leader in property and casualty insurer. He has also held senior communications and consulting roles at Intrinsic Exchange Group, Deloitte, and leading communications agencies. He began his career as a business reporter.

Since retiring and relocating to the New Orleans area, Jeff is devoting more time to wildlife photography. He graduated from Carleton College and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Jeff served on the Board of Directors of Rainforest Trust from 2013 to 2022, including as chair of the Marketing and Communications and Compensation committees and as a member of the Audit and Finance and Governance committees. He also played a key role in the organization’s rebranding under the Rainforest Trust name.
