Julie works closely with the Board Chair and CEO to ensure Rainforest Trust’s Board of Directors and Advisory Council operate with strong governance, clear communication, and strategic focus. She brings a background in human resources and operations leadership, with experience helping organizations strengthen processes and perform at their best.

Julie’s transition to the nonprofit sector—and to Rainforest Trust in particular—was inspired by field volunteer work with Rainforest Trust partner Osa Conservation in Costa Rica, where meaningful progress has been made to restore and protect critically important rainforest and marine habitat.
